Represented 45 attorney, multi-office, law firm in developing stronger visibility for one of the firm’s largest branch offices. This involved weekly meetings with a groups of firm attorneys to inform and educate them on existing opportunities within their target market.  Additional working meetings were held, with practice group leaders and individual attorneys, to formulate strategic marketing plans for immediately acting on the opportunities presented and future planning.

Represented 42 attorney firm with a litigation practice that was uncertainly slow. Immediately convened all litigation group attorneys for an initial presentation followed by a group discussion. One-on-one meetings were then set up with each litigator for purposes of building individual marketing plans with specific action items and timelines.  After the individual plans were completed, they were used as a guide for development of the firm’s overall Litigation Group marketing plan. The initial process of the plan development, both individual and group plans, took place over a three month span; implementation of the action items was immediate with 100% commitment by all attorneys in the Litigation Group. Within 14 months of the initial presentation, this firm’s litigation practice was once again growing with new business (from existing and new firm clients). Within two years, the firm – which was previously considering downsizing the litigation group due to lack of business – was recruiting new litigators in order to keep up with the new business demands.

Represented solo attorney who left a large multi-office law firm to open her own employment practice. Worked closely with the attorney on all start-up marketing and public relations aspects including development of her overall brand including logo, corporate identity package and web site.

Represented 160 attorney multi-office law firm in an overall consulting capacity regarding reorganization of the firm’s marketing department infrastructure which included searching for and hiring all marketing department staff from the Marketing Director to Marketing Coordinators and other staff members. Also worked with the firm on general overarching strategic marketing initiatives and implementation processes.

Represented 22 attorney firm in the development of a full brand foundation program to include new logo, new corporate identity and new web site. Worked with the firm to design and coordinate all production aspects relating to launch of the firm’s new brand and web site. Also worked with the firm on various public relations projects as well as planning and coordinating marketing and public relations events surrounding the firm’s 60th anniversary celebration.

Represented 31 attorney firm in an overarching Contract Marketing Director consulting capacity involving a variety of marketing, business development and client service programs. This included regular lunch time marketing forums with the attorneys as well as the staff. Working with the practice groups and individual attorneys to develop and implement marketing plans. Working with firm management to develop and launch a local advertising campaign. Identifying high visibility sponsorship events and coordinating all aspects surrounding the firm’s involvement in that event from managing the design and production of a full page ad, in the local business publication, to developing the byline article for the managing partner.

Represented 180 attorney multi-office firm in completely remaking the firm’s brand and market position from a firm previously recognized for its insurance defense practice, which was largely fading, to building a strong national reputation for the firm as a thriving business and litigation powerhouse. This strategic effort involved multi levels of internal reorganization, shifting practice centers and ongoing educational efforts with groups of the attorneys and staff. It also involved extensive external marketing activities including local, regional and national public relations efforts, development and launch of ongoing advertising campaigns, a web site overhaul and development of a new brand foundation and website.

Represented 55 attorney law firm with its 25th anniversary celebration to include creation of event logo; production and dissemination, to clients, of anniversary mementos; development of related public relations and advertising campaign to thank and recognize those who supported the firm throughout the years; plan and organize all aspects of 500 attendee anniversary party/open house.

Represented 80 attorney multi-office law firm in developing a bi-monthly luncheon symposium series specifically targeting women in business. The series ran for 5 successful years (until the firm dissolved). In addition to having the female panels of attorneys from the firm present, prominent business women in the community were also invited as outside guest speakers which included the governor and many others.

Represented 35 attorney law firm in developing a comprehensive public relations program with an emphasis in drawing on cases, deals, clients, awards, community involvement and more to enhance the firm’s image and build stronger visibility among a wide variety of local audiences. This involved many processes and activities including editorial roundtables with key reporters and news outlets; organizing ongoing informational gathering meetings with the attorneys to identity newsworthy story ideas and publicity opportunities; and tapping in to current event news hooks and proactively pitching the firm attorneys as available expert resources.
